The Observatory carries out basic and applied research on religious bodies, ecclesiastical heritage and non-profit organisations.
The Observatory aims to:
– collect and analyze civil and confessional laws regarding religious bodies, ecclesiastical heritage and non-profit organizations;
– catalog and analyze the jurisprudence regarding ecclesiastical entities and assets;
– disseminate scientific data useful for the development of the activities of religious bodies;
– create operational guidelines and protocols.
