The project intends to analyze, from both a socio-economic and legal perspective, the plurality of family models in the globalized world and the dilemmas that arise from it. Project topics of interest:
- Demography of migration;
- Family reunions;
- Criteria for identifying the law applicable to family and inheritance relationships;
- Adaptation and contamination between legal systems in the field of family law and inheritance;
- International public order, protection of human rights and prohibition of discrimination in family and inheritance matters.
